Shipping Management Mistara operates under a dropshipping model. All orders are processed and shipped directly by our logistics provider, Zendrop. We are committed to processing every order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Destinations We ship to all countries available through our logistics platform. During the checkout process, you can verify whether your destination country is supported.

Delivery Times The estimated delivery time is 8 to 17 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and external factors beyond our control (such as customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays).

Shipping Cost Shipping is included in the product price. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Customs and Import Taxes For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
