Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with all original tags and packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at infoproclare@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept returns without prior approval.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order separately once the return has been approved.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)

In addition to the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. As with our standard policy, the item must be returned in its original condition — unused, with tags and original packaging — along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and reflect the refund.
